WEBBER, a contemporary creative agency and gallery representing leading talent, is looking for a London-based Producer to join our growing team. This role involves working closely with artists, agents, senior producers, and clients to deliver exceptional productions across fashion, advertising, and editorial. Strong production knowledge, relationship-building, creative problem-solving, and organization are central to the role.
Responsibilities
- Manage productions from initial brief through to final delivery, across stills and motion.
- Create and oversee budgets, estimates, schedules, and production timelines.
- Manage client liaison, artist bookings, travel, crew, suppliers, production companies, and on-set production.
- Oversee post-production, including analogue and digital workflows, retouching, film processing, and delivery.
- Reconcile and close project financials in a timely manner.
- Advise clients on creative budget solutions and manage projects within agreed budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, artists, collaborators, suppliers, and production partners.
- Support Agents and Senior Producers across projects and contribute to the wider team.
- Champion diverse, inclusive, and accessible production environments.
- Navigate challenges calmly and proactively, with a solutions-focused approach.

What you’ll bring

- 3+ years’ experience in an artist representation agency, production company, or artist-facing role.
- Experience across fashion, advertising, and/or editorial production.
- Excellent organization, communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
- Strong understanding of stills and motion production.
- Comfortable managing projects independently while collaborating with international teams.
- Established industry relationships across production, crew, and suppliers.
- Fluent English; French preferred.
- Genuine interest in photography, film, fashion, art, and culture.
