Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a talented and driven Producer to join our production team on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the planning, execution, and delivery of a diverse range of Photography projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in production, exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills, and a passion for facilitating creative excellence.
As a Producer, you will collaborate closely with clients, creative teams, and external partners, playing a key role in bringing visionary projects to life. The successful candidate would support production for Food, Drink, and Still Life projects.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-production
- Interrogation of the marketing brief
- Planning project delivery timelines
- Effective budget management
- Commissioning appropriate shoot teams
- Sample order management
Working with Client
- Manage all project communication including briefing meetings, castings, location, and art department elements
- Share ongoing revisions and communications with creatives/client
- Host and lead on all PPM meetings
Shoot
- Be the ‘front line’ for ITG while on shoot
- Manage all production elements, on and off set
- Manage daily shoot schedule, liaise directly on set with Photographer, creatives, and client
- Manage all parties enabling the ‘approval’ of every shot as per agreed brief
- Manage other off-set projects simultaneously
Postproduction
- Manage and oversee all retouching to achieve the brief
- Manage creative/client approval of retouching revisions and proofing
- Work closely with Client Services to achieve the desired end result
Project Management
- Oversee the production process from initial concept through to completion, including proactive planning, scheduling, budgeting, finance reconciliation, sample management, fee, and usage negotiation.
Client Liaison
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on production-related matters, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring their needs and creative requirements are exceeded.

Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with creative directors, designers, and other team members to ensure the creative vision is achievable within project and budget constraints, and effectively realized to the highest quality.
Vendor and Talent Coordination
- Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors, freelancers, and talent, ensuring high-quality contributions to projects.
Quality Assurance
- Monitor all aspects of project execution, ensuring deliverables meet and exceed the studio's quality standards and client expectations.
Risk Management
- Identify potential project risks; flag and escalate to ensuring smooth project execution.
Budget Management
- Propose and oversee realistic project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and the financial health of projects.
Requirements
- Experience in a production role within a creative, advertising, or marketing agency.
- Demonstrable track record of successfully managing and delivering a wide range of creative projects, especially in food packaging.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a talent for managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid experience and technical understanding of briefing and delivering post-production projects.
- Ability to calmly manage on-set priorities with off-set projects.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, creative teams, and talent. Ability to manage expectations and build trust.
- Ability to foresee potential issues before they arise, and solve problems quickly, effectively, and calmly.
- Willingness to work irregular hours where necessary.
- Frequent travel into London, and to other UK office and shoot locations where necessary.
- Understanding of the food photography industry. Manage existing relationships with UK external partners and talent.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, equipment, and technology trends. Excellent understanding of production techniques, including remote production and digital technologies. Ability to learn software to support the role requirements.
- A passion for creativity and innovation, with a commitment to producing the highest-quality, most impactful outputs.
- Friendly and approachable, with a positive, proactive attitude.
