Position: Producer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $45 - $85/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design and author evaluation tasks simulating realistic production-management scenarios.
- Source, construct, and curate authentic production artifacts like budgets and contracts.
- Define comprehensive solutions based on multiple production constraints.
- Develop multi-item rubrics to evaluate nuanced decision-making and constraint management.
- Document processes and workflows in clear, precise written English.
- Collaborate with the project team to iterate on task design.

Requirements
- Demonstrated mastery in film, television, digital, or live event production with of experience.
- Direct responsibility for managing and reconciling production budgets, call sheets, and contracts.
- Proven ability to coordinate with vendors and crew under tight constraints.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in crafting production documentation.
- Experience authoring or evaluating multi-criteria rubrics or technical assessment tools.
