Full-Time | Permanent Location: Stratford, East London (In Person - Studio Based)

Aly Studio is a London-based high-end retouching and post-production studio specialising in luxury fashion and beauty imagery. We work with internationally recognised fashion brands, photographers, creative agencies and editorial publications, delivering exceptional image retouching for both print and digital campaigns.

We're looking for an experienced Producer to join our growing team. Applicants must have previous experience working as a Producer or Production Manager within a professional post-production studio. This requirement is essential.

The Role

As our Producer, you'll manage the production lifecycle for our retouching projects.

  • Coordinate clients, photographers, art directors and our retouching team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

This role suits someone who understands the pace of a busy post-production studio and enjoys managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-end retouching projects.
  • Act as the primary client contact throughout production.
  • Prepare quotations, schedules and project timelines.
  • Allocate work across the retouching team.
  • Coordinate daily production schedules and deadlines.
  • Manage project budgets and delivery dates.
  • Liaise with photographers, producers, art directors, stylists and creative agencies.
  • Review briefs before production begins.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to clients.
  • Perform production quality control before delivery.
  • Coordinate file deliveries and digital asset management.
  • Support studio operations and workflow planning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
