About the Job

At MECCA, every campaign is an opportunity to create something unforgettable. As our Producer, you'll bring ambitious creative ideas to life, leading the end-to-end production of campaigns that inspire our community and elevate our brands.

Working closely with our Art Directors and cross-functional creative teams, you'll oversee the production of still and motion content across seasonal campaigns, retail activations and brand moments. You'll balance creativity with commercial thinking, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget and to the exceptional standard MECCA is known for.

The Role You Could Play

  • Lead the end-to-end production of creative campaigns, from briefing and planning through to shoot execution, post-production and final delivery.
  • Partner with Art Directors, Designers, Marketing, Social, Content and Retail teams to bring creative concepts to life across physical and digital channels.
  • Manage production schedules, budgets, agencies, freelancers and on-set crews, ensuring every project is delivered seamlessly.
  • Champion creative excellence by identifying innovative production techniques, emerging talent and smarter ways of working.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships, providing strategic production expertise that enables bold ideas to become exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and loves turning big ideas into beautifully executed work.

  • Proven experience producing still and motion content across digital, social, retail and print campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex productions from concept through to final delivery.
  • Experience managing production budgets, schedules, agencies, freelancers and on-set teams with confidence.
  • A collaborative approach, partnering with creative, marketing and retail teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • A passion for visual storytelling, emerging production trends and continually improving the way creative work gets made.
