Are you a Producer working within a live event or experiential agency, looking to take the next step in your career with one of the most celebrated names in culture and brand experience?
At royall, we’re currently partnering with a globally recognised, B Corp-certified creative agency to find an exceptional Producer to join their award-winning London team. This is an incredible time to join—the role has opened up purely due to an internal promotion, making room for a fresh voice to lead and deliver high-impact, world-class experiences.
The Role
Sitting at the heart of the agency’s production team, you’ll be the linchpin between creative, strategy, and client services. You’ll own end-to-end campaign delivery—turning big, ambitious creative ideas into feasible, high-standard live experiences for some of the world’s most progressive global brands.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead Project Delivery: Own project lifecycles from initial brief through to planning, site delivery, and reconciliation.
- Budget Management: Independently manage your own project budgets (typically around £500k), driving financial efficiency and margin targets.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Line manage Project Coordinators, nurturing talent while also collaborating comfortably within larger production teams under senior leadership.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with internal creative and strategy teams to push boundary-defining ideas safely into reality.
- Client & Supplier Management: Serve as a confident, calm, and solutions-focused voice in client meetings and partner negotiations.
About You
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive production professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Agency Experience: Currently working within a live event or brand experience agency.
- Event Versatility: Ideally brings a strong background spanning both B2B and B2C experiences.
- Financial Acumen: Proven track record managing end-to-end project budgets up to/around £500k.
- Line Management: Previous experience line-managing junior team members (such as Project Coordinators) is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solver: Calm under pressure, commercially minded, and passionate about culture, craft, and high production standards.
