The Only Agency is seeking a Producer / Agent Assistant to join our London team in Soho. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role supporting the Director of London and our agents while helping to keep the London office running smoothly.
Communication sits at the heart of this role. You will be a key link between our artists, agents, clients, and wider team, so you should be clear, warm, responsive, and confident communicating by email, phone, and in person.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Agent Support
- Support agents with artist travel logistics, call sheets, schedules, and day-to-day production needs
- Book and oversee artist travel arrangements, managing changes and communicating updates quickly and clearly
- Organize meetings for the Director, agents, artists, and clients, including diary management and follow-ups
- Curate and maintain artist portfolios, decks, and PDFs to a high visual standard for pitches and client proposals
- Support client billing and work closely with the Accounts team to ensure jobs are invoiced accurately and on time
- Assist with general artist bookings, job coordination, and administrative needs
- Help ensure artists, clients, and production teams have all necessary information ahead of jobs

Business Development
- Support agents in pitching artists to new and existing clients
- Research and identify new business opportunities for our roster
- Build and maintain relationships with brands, publicists, stylists, production teams, and other industry professionals
- Network and attend relevant industry events, representing The Only Agency professionally
- Stay informed on current events and trends across celebrities, fashion, beauty, film, music, art, and photography
Office Management
- Help establish and maintain clear internal communication protocols across the London team
- Handle general office correspondence and ensure enquiries are responded to promptly
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and help keep the London office running efficiently
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Keep the office clean, organized, and professionally presented
- Support management with project coordination and additional administrative needs
- Help create a welcoming and professional environment for employees, artists, clients, and visitors

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a PA, production, agency, or administrative role, ideally within a talent agency, production company, or the fashion, beauty, or entertainment industry
- Experience with client billing is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Resourceful and solutions-focused, with the ability to think creatively when plans change
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks
- Articulate and personable, with the ability to build rapport with artists, clients, celebrity teams, brands, and publicists
- Strong understanding of the celebrity market, fashion and beauty trends, and the wider entertainment industry
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
