About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, creative, and hands-on Producer to manage projects from concept to completion. The Producer will be responsible for coordinating creative, production, technical, and operational teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required creative standard.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who can manage multiple moving parts, work under tight deadlines, and turn creative ideas into successful productions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end production process, from initial brief through final delivery.
- Understand creative briefs and translate concepts into practical production plans.
- Develop production schedules, timelines, budgets, call sheets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with directors, creative directors, writers, cinematographers, designers, editors, artists, and production crews.
- Source and manage production vendors, freelancers, locations, equipment, studios, and other resources.
- Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production activities.
- Organise casting, location scouting, crew requirements, permits, travel, accommodation, and logistics where required.
- Manage production budgets and track expenses, ensuring projects remain commercially viable.
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, freelancers, and production partners.
- Ensure all production requirements are confirmed before shoot or execution.
- Oversee shoots and productions on location or in studio.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and make quick, practical decisions when required.
- Coordinate post-production workflows including editing, sound, colour grading, VFX, motion graphics, music, and final mastering.
- Ensure deliverables meet creative, technical, and brand requirements.
- Maintain clear communication between clients, creative teams, production teams, and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Ensure appropriate documentation, permissions, releases, contracts, and production records are maintained.
- Identify production risks and develop contingency plans.
- Stay updated on new production technologies, suppliers, creative trends, and industry practices.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Film, Media, Advertising, Communications, Production, or a related field.
- 3–8+ years of experience in production, depending on the seniority of the role.
- Proven experience managing video, film, advertising, branded content, digital, or commercial productions.
- Strong understanding of the complete production lifecycle.
- Excellent organizational and project-management skills.
- Strong budgeting, negotiation, scheduling, and vendor-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when production schedules require it.
- Knowledge of production tools, workflows, and relevant software.
