EXCLUSIVE ROLES Producer & Senior Producer (£45k-£65k) - Experiential Agency - London/Hybrid

We're hiring exclusively for a boutique experiential agency delivering brand activations, pop ups and PR & Influencer events for brands in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle spaces. There are two roles live and we're considering both Producer & Senior Producer profiles to bolster a successful and growing team. If you've got event agency experience and have worked with clients in this space we're keen to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end production of high-profile brand activations, PR and influencer events, pop-ups and experiential campaigns across fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
  • Take ownership of projects from initial brief and creative development through to planning, delivery and post-event wrap.
  • Translate creative concepts into smart, commercially viable production plans, ensuring ideas are delivered to an exceptional standard.
  • Develop and manage detailed production timelines, budgets, schedules, run sheets and event documentation.
  • Lead client relationships day-to-day, acting as a trusted senior point of contact and confidently managing expectations, feedback and approvals.
  • Source, brief and manage suppliers, venues, production partners, freelancers and event teams.
  • Lead and mentor junior producers, delegating effectively and supporting the wider team to deliver outstanding work.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, deadlines and budgets in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Oversee on-site production and event delivery, taking ownership of logistics, troubleshooting and real-time decision making.
  • Build strong relationships across the industry, bringing a network of trusted suppliers, collaborators and production partners to each project.
  • Identify potential production risks early and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Negotiate supplier costs and manage budgets closely, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
  • Stay close to emerging trends, innovative production techniques, venues and experiential opportunities across the fashion, beauty and lifestyle landscape.
  • Contribute to new business pitches, proposals and creative development, bringing strong production thinking and feasibility expertise to the table.
  • Ensure every project is delivered with exceptional attention to detail, brand alignment and a high level of finish.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
