Diversity matters
We are building a brand that represents the people of the world. It’s what you do that counts, and we are always looking to expand perspectives and voices to shape our future.
We see you, we celebrate you, we want you!
Who we are
You might know us as the inventors of the bath bomb, but there’s more to this great-smelling, partly employee-owned, family-run company than pioneering cosmetics. We believe our business should put more back into the world than it takes and demonstrate that capitalism can be a force for good.
The Living Wage Foundation’s statement 'a hard day's work deserves a fair day's pay' is one that we are proud to commit to in the UK. As an accredited Living Wage employer, we put our people first and fight cruel practices like animal testing, promote regeneration, and show that it is what’s inside that counts - whether that’s an ingredient in a product, or the minerals in a smartphone.
The role
At Lush, the Producer is where vision meets delivery. They’re the steady hands at the helm - calm in the chaos, decisive in ambiguity, and fiercely committed to making things happen.
More than project managers, Producers are people-powered problem solvers. They guide cross-functional teams through uncertainty, shifting priorities, and last-minute curveballs with focus, clarity, and infectious energy. They balance the strategic and the scrappy; with an awareness of the bigger picture, they focus on managing timelines, blockers, budgets, and the real humans doing the work.
A Lush Producer thrives in movement. They don’t wait for the path to appear, they create it. From stakeholder wrangling to ceremony facilitation, supplier chasing to last-minute demos; they lead with purpose, humility, and a fierce drive to deliver work they’re proud of. They question unrealistic deadlines, challenge assumptions, and hold the bar high - not for ego, but for excellence.
Producers at Lush lead a wide range of work; from global systems to bespoke retail experiences, from digital tools to physical-world rollouts, all whilst bringing clarity and care to every kind of team.
In a business where digital meets handmade, Producers are the bridge, connecting the physical and digital, the visionary and the practical, the bold and the feasible. They adapt, they steady the ship, and bring joy to the journey.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Know when to escalate, and when to own the problem and drive the solution.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders, users, and third parties alike.
