🎬 We’re Hiring: Producer – International Broadcast Events

At Host Broadcast Services (HBS), we deliver world-class live sports coverage to global audiences. We’re looking for a talented Producer to bring bold ideas to life and help turn them into unforgettable live and non-live international broadcasts.

Please note, this role requires a minimum of 3 days a week in the office in Central London and international travel (including long-term trips).

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the editorial vision across both presentation and game coverage, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of content.
  • Create and manage on-site shooting schedules in collaboration with production management, allocating crews and editors efficiently to meet delivery timelines.
  • Provide strong creative input across all content.
  • Contribute to pre-production creative planning and analysis of on-site delivery strategies.
  • Ensure presentation and game teams receive all required content in a timely manner for transmission.
  • Support the development and improvement of workflows across live and non-live environments.
  • Identifying and coordinating freelance production talent for on-site delivery while collaborating closely with on-screen talent to develop and produce content.
  • Work with production management to drive efficiencies in execution and event staffing.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in live sports or large-scale international broadcast production with technical and editorial knowledge of production workflows (including remote production).
  • Strong editorial judgement and creative storytelling ability with an understanding of trends in content creation across live and digital audiences.
  • Experience building schedules and managing crews in high-pressure environments
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams and at all levels.
  • Experience in client-facing environments with the need for diplomacy and negotiation skills
  • An interest in basketball or knowledge of basketball production would be beneficial to this role.
