Video Producer

Major Players are partnering with an award-winning B2B marketing and creative communications agency, to hire a Video Producer.

You will own end-to-end projects, from high-end brand films and thought leadership content, to animations, customer case studies, and internal communications, for a range of well-known brands spanning technology, financial services, professional services, education and energy.

To be successful in this role, you will be a creative thinker as well as a brilliant producer. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in ideation, building trusted client relationships and delivering outstanding work across both live action and animation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of video projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard.
  • Translate client challenges into compelling creative outcomes.
  • Develop treatments, concepts, scripts and production plans.
  • Produce live action shoots from pre-production through to post, including animation.
  • Lead animation projects and work closely with the Motion Graphics team.
  • Build long-standing client relationships, liaising with multiple stakeholders across complex B2B organisations and identify opportunities to expand accounts by delivering excellent work.
  • Contribute to creative pitches and new business proposals.
  • Champion smarter production workflows across the team, confidently integrating AI tools where they improve creativity, speed or efficiency.
  • Stay curious about emerging technologies and evolving production techniques to define the future of video production within the agency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
