Video Producer
Major Players are partnering with an award-winning B2B marketing and creative communications agency, to hire a Video Producer.
You will own end-to-end projects, from high-end brand films and thought leadership content, to animations, customer case studies, and internal communications, for a range of well-known brands spanning technology, financial services, professional services, education and energy.
To be successful in this role, you will be a creative thinker as well as a brilliant producer. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in ideation, building trusted client relationships and delivering outstanding work across both live action and animation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of video projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard.
- Translate client challenges into compelling creative outcomes.
- Develop treatments, concepts, scripts and production plans.
- Produce live action shoots from pre-production through to post, including animation.
- Lead animation projects and work closely with the Motion Graphics team.
- Build long-standing client relationships, liaising with multiple stakeholders across complex B2B organisations and identify opportunities to expand accounts by delivering excellent work.
- Contribute to creative pitches and new business proposals.
- Champion smarter production workflows across the team, confidently integrating AI tools where they improve creativity, speed or efficiency.
- Stay curious about emerging technologies and evolving production techniques to define the future of video production within the agency.

Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience producing video projects within a creative, brand, marketing or content agency.
- Strong background working on B2B projects.
- Proven experience across both live action and animation projects.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills – this is a client facing role and prior experience working directly with clients is essential.
- Proven experience developing creative responses rather than simply managing delivery.
- Excellent commercial acumen with solid budget management experience.

- Hours: Full time
- Salary: up to £50,000
- Office Location: Central London
- Office Requirements: 3 days per week in the office
