Hearst UK operates an in office policy with flexible Friday's. Our office is based at House of Hearst, 30 Panton Street, St James's, London, SW1Y 4AJ, where teams collaborate in person and connect across brands and functions.
Salary – £35,000 - £40,000 - Salary is dependent on experience and will be assessed in line with the candidate’s skills, knowledge, and relevant expertise.
The Role…
As the Producer, you will support the delivery of commercial video and stills content across multiple brands. This role manages productions end-to-end – from pitch support and pre-production through to delivery - acting as a central point of coordination between editorial, video, commercial and external partners.
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and confident managing multiple projects at once. You will be expected to take ownership of your productions, anticipate issues early, uphold high production standards, and ensure shoots and deliveries run smoothly. You must have a strong creative eye, a clear understanding of our brands’ visual identities and tone of voice, and the ability to adapt your approach across different disciplines and commercial requirements.

Main Duties…
- Manage commercial shoots end-to-end, from pitch support to final delivery.
- Scope and manage production budgets, schedules and logistics.
- Lead clear briefings throughout production, keeping all stakeholders aligned on deliverables, timelines and budgets.
- Handle bookings and negotiations for crew, locations, studios, suppliers and talent (including usage and contracts).
- Act as main point of contact for clients, managing feedback cycles to ensure responses are timely and actionable.
- Oversee post-production, including edits, retouching, grading and asset rights.
- Complete campaign reconciliation, ensuring invoices are processed and contracts are completed and archived.
- Maintain a strong understanding of brand identities and audience expectations, recommending formats, approaches and platform requirements during pitch development.
- Ensure consistent operational standards across every production.
What We Are Looking For…
- Demonstrable experience producing video and stills shoots across editorial and commercial environments.
- Good understanding of print, social and platform-specific content performance and technical requirements.
- Strong organisational and project-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear, confident communicator able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Experience using production and workflow tools (Smartsheet, Frame.IO, Monday.com etc.).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workload.
- Demonstratable experience project managing media campaigns across multiple formats considered a significant advantage
