About the Role

Our client, a Social media Giant, is looking to hire an Events Producer in London, UK.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support product experiences, events, activations, and demonstrations.
  • Translate product and event briefs into effective production plans.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Creative, and Communications teams.
  • Manage agencies, vendors, and production partners.
  • Coordinate staffing, technology, and onsite execution.
  • Manage multiple projects with different scopes, timelines, and budgets.
  • Handle live-event challenges and changing requirements in real time.
  • Support product demonstrations and presentations for senior/VIP audiences.
  • Develop production processes and playbooks to improve scalability.
  • Support event measurement, reporting, and data-driven insights.
  • Contribute to post-event storytelling and recommendations.
  • Travel internationally as required.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in event, experiential, or creative production.
  • Experience with product experiences, technology events, product launches, or demonstrations.
  • Strong experience managing live events and complex production environments.
  • Excellent crisis management, judgment, and real-time problem-solving skills.
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, and production budgets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confidence delivering live product demonstrations or presentations to senior/VIP audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Ability to work onsite in London three days per week.
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25%.

Preferred Experience

  • XR / AR / VR / mixed reality or immersive technology.
  • Technical troubleshooting of devices or hardware.
