Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Producer to join Beyond Creative on an initial 6-month contract, helping us deliver 1–2 exciting games in Fortnite.
This is a remote, hands-on role working closely with our creative, development and leadership teams, as well as external clients and partners, to take projects from concept through to launch.
Role Description
As Producer, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and delivery of Fortnite / UEFN projects, ensuring teams remain aligned, milestones are met and projects stay within agreed scope.
This is a hands-on production role. Alongside traditional production responsibilities, we are looking for someone who is comfortable getting involved directly where useful, whether that means supporting game design, managing localisation, organising content, testing builds or carrying out light implementation work in UEFN.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Owning project schedules, milestones and production plans from pre-production through launch.
- Coordinating workflows across design, art, development, UI/UX, QA and other disciplines.
- Leading internal and client-facing production meetings, ensuring actions and decisions are clearly documented and followed through.
- Tracking project progress, dependencies, risks and blockers, and working with the team to resolve production issues.
- Managing client feedback, approvals and change requests while protecting project scope and timelines.
- Maintaining clear project documentation, trackers and production processes.
- Contributing to game design, feature definition and player experience discussions where appropriate.
- Supporting practical production tasks such as localisation management, content reviews, build testing and QA coordination.
- Carrying out light UEFN implementation or content setup where appropriate, depending on experience.
- Helping translate creative concepts into achievable production plans and clear tasks for the development team.
- Ensuring deliverables meet client brand guidelines, platform requirements and agreed quality standards.
- Coordinating QA, playtesting, iteration and launch preparation.
- Working closely with leadership to prioritise work, manage resources and support a creative, high-performance remote team.
- Managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously where required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

UEFN experience is preferred but not essential. We are particularly interested in producers who are comfortable getting hands-on and learning the tools rather than operating purely at a project-management level.
