The Royal Albert Hall is recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Producer to join our Programming team on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

This is a pivotal role in the delivery of the Royal Albert Hall’s own and co-promoted auditorium events, working within a dedicated ‘Royal Albert Hall Presents’ team which has the responsibility for the planning and delivery of approximately 80 auditorium performances each calendar year.

We work on a diverse range of shows to bring people together for inspirational events on the world’s most eclectic stage. The events consist of a range of externally produced content, co-promoted performances and an increasing number of internally produced productions across a wide range of genres including rock and pop, jazz, classical and other arts forms such as spoken word, dance, comedy and film.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
