As a video game publisher, we at Kasedo Games are dedicated to releasing titles that players love and working with passionate independent studios around the world. We provide hands-on support throughout the development and publishing process, help developers refine their projects and reach a global audience. We value collaboration, creativity, and sustainable production practices, offering a supportive environment and champions innovative ideas.

Role Description

The Producer will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple video game projects, working closely with internal teams and external indie development partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, tracking milestones, facilitating communication between stakeholders, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and publishing requirements, including internal QA and external QA management. The role involves identifying risks, maintaining clear documentation, organizing meetings, and supporting developers with feedback and guidance throughout production.

Production & Developer Management

  • Acting as the internal production owner for assigned titles, maintaining a clear understanding of project status, schedules, deliverables, risks and developer context.
  • Serving as Kasedo’s day-to-day point of contact for external development teams, building strong, trusted and professional working relationships.
  • Organising and leading regular production check-ins with developers and internal stakeholders, ensuring actions, decisions and risks are clearly captured and followed up.
  • Track contractually agreed production schedules, milestone deliverables and key dependencies, escalating risks, blockers and schedule impacts early.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
