This position offers flexible working options, including predominantly remote work. Applicants should be based (or willing to relocate) within a comfortable commuting distance of our office to attend onsite as required.
Are you a producer with mobile experience who's ready to take ownership of client delivery on one of the world's most loved live games?
As a Producer on Old School RuneScape, you'll lead delivery for the game and mobile client teams, driving a consistent cadence of updates for millions of active players. Working closely with our Product and Design teams, you'll keep features moving, quality gates met, and the roadmap clear to every stakeholder who needs it.
This is a 15-month fixed term contract offering real ownership from day one within a highly collaborative and supportive team.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead end-to-end delivery for a team focusing on mobile centric features and improvements, owning the feature pipeline, milestone planning, and release cadence.
- Work closely with the product owner to contribute to product strategy, prioritise the backlog, and ensure the team is always working on the right things.
- Maintain roadmap visibility through dashboards and status reports, giving stakeholders clear, honest sight of progress and trade-offs.
- Proactively identify and manage risks across the team's roadmap, escalating and negotiating impacts with stakeholders where needed.
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and clear, consistently maintained team documentation.
- Enable a cross-functional team to deliver efficiently by creating clear priorities, removing blockers, and maintaining an effective delivery environment.
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrated production experience, with a track record of shipping games or technical products in a cross-functional leadership capacity.
- Experience delivering products on mobile platforms - an understanding of what mobile-first delivery actually means in practice, from platform constraints to release processes.
- Strong grasp of delivery methodologies (Agile, Lean, or similar) and the confidence to design and adapt the right approach for your team.
- Ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functioning teams, aligning stakeholders and driving delivery through influence rather than authority.
- Confidence to communicate across the business - translating complex delivery realities into communication that lands at every level.
- Live service game experience is a strong plus, as is familiarity with MMO or RPG game development.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
