Production & Project Manager

Location: Shoreditch, London (Hybrid)

About Simply Social

Simply Social is one of the UK’s fastest-growing social-first creative agencies. We create always-on content for some of the world’s biggest consumer brands, producing everything from reactive TikToks to premium food campaigns and large-scale commercial shoots.

We’re looking for someone who loves bringing order to creative chaos. You’ll sit at the heart of our production team, ensuring multiple shoots, projects, and content deliveries are planned, managed, and executed to an exceptional standard.

If you enjoy spinning lots of plates, solving problems before they happen, and working with talented creatives every day, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

You’ll own the production workflow across a busy slate of social-first content.

Working closely with our creative, strategy, and client services teams, you’ll oversee projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring every production runs on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
