We're looking for an experienced Producer to join the team behind Bov Boys.
If you live and breathe YouTube, Twitch and social media, love turning ambitious ideas into reality, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a full-time role based primarily at Bov HQ in Manchester, working across one of the UK's fastest-growing creator brands.
While your day-to-day will be based in Manchester, the role will also involve national and international travel for productions, live events, brand campaigns and creator projects.
What you'll be doing:
- Producing and delivering Bov Boys YouTube videos from concept through to completion.
- Helping coordinate live events, livestreams and promotional content.
- Supporting our management team with the planning and delivery of brand partnerships and sponsored content.
- Managing and scheduling content across Bov Boys' social media channels.
- Supporting individual Bov Boys members with content and productions for their own personal YouTube channels and social platforms.
- Managing production logistics including schedules, locations, crew, equipment and talent.
- Working closely with editors, camera operators and creators to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience producing content for YouTube, Twitch and/or social media.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Calm under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
- A genuine understanding of creator-led content and internet culture.
- Must be based in the Manchester area (or willing to relocate before starting).
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
