New role: Producer - Events agency

Salary: £40,000–£45,000
Location: London, hybrid - 3 days in office

Are you an experienced Producer looking to join a fast-growing agency delivering exceptional live experiences for some of the world's leading brands?

We're partnering with an award-winning independent events and experiences agency that's continuing to grow and is looking for a Producer to join its talented Live team.

Working across conferences, exhibitions, product launches, roadshows, and experiential events, you'll take ownership of projects from initial client brief through to onsite delivery, collaborating with creative, production, and technical teams to bring exciting ideas to life.

The Role

As a Producer, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality live events on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where no two projects are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage live event projects from initial brief through to onsite delivery and post-event debrief.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and venues.
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and critical paths.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, production, and operations.
  • Source venues and suppliers, negotiating costs and managing contracts.
  • Manage project budgets, purchase orders, and financial reconciliations.
  • Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates.
  • Oversee onsite delivery, ensuring every event runs seamlessly.
  • Identify risks early and proactively solve problems throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support continuous improvement by sharing learnings and best practice after each project.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
