About the Role
We are looking for organized and results-driven Producers who can deliver quality content as envisioned by the program department. The Producer must have excellent planning skills and should be able to meet tight deadlines and should be able to work within the allocated budget. The applicant for this position should possess a good understanding of Catholic teachings. Applicant must hold UK or Europe citizenship.
Skills
- Understand the proposed concept of the program and provide creative input to develop the TV program and Documentaries.
- Develop new program concepts and ideas for TV and OTT.
- Ability to provide creative input and ideas for set design and help production planning.
- Ability to Identify production locations suitable for effective storytelling.
- Ability to analyze and finalize a suitable script for the program.
- Capability to compose or edit program script in conformity with the teachings of the Catholic Church.
- Ability to identify or suggest talents, costumes, music, or other equipment or personnel suitable for the production.
- Ability to direct the program to create a final output that is as envisioned by the Program department.
- Oversee all aspects of production to ensure that the production meets the overall objectives and the program concept is well portrayed.
- Providing necessary guidance regarding shot composition and other creative aspects of production.
- Must be able to work with the Lighting Artist or Director of Photography to finalize a set up that would create the appropriate mood for each production.
- Must be able to work with the graphics and post production departments to help the graphics creation, video editing, and music composition that suits the concept of the program.
- Help finalize scripts for promotional materials of the program as needed. Serve as main point of contact with voiceover artists for the assigned programs, when required.
- Ability to identify resources suitable for the program. Must possess the skill to effectively present the program concept and the requirements of the program to the guests or talents selected for the program before and during the production.
