Producer

Location: Spitalfields, London
Employment: Full-time
Working pattern: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office. Additional attendance required for shoots.

About Simply Social

Simply Social is an independent social-first agency with offices and production studios in London and Dublin. We bring together strategy, creative, production, and creator partnerships to make content that earns attention.

We’re looking for a Producer to join our growing London team and turn ambitious creative ideas into well-run productions. From reactive social content to scripted comedy, creator shoots, and studio campaigns, you’ll make sure every project delivers creatively, commercially, and on time.

The Role

You’ll manage production from brief through to final delivery, working closely with our creatives, account teams, directors, shooters, editors, and external partners.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how social content gets made. You’ll be comfortable running a lean shoot, coordinating a larger production, and finding practical solutions that protect the idea while keeping the budget under control.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
