We're looking for a Product Administrator Assistant to join a thriving team and to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Based in Hadfield, Glossop, this is a fantastic opportunity to dive in, learn new skills, and be part of Flair's exciting 40-year journey.

As a Product Administrator Assistant, you’ll play a key role in bringing our designs and concepts to life. You will collaborate with various departments, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. If you are organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to see how you can contribute to our success.

About You
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
- Proactive and organised, with a knack for staying ahead of tasks.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring all data and documentation are accurate.
- A clear communicator, confident in sharing information across teams.
- Flexible and calm under pressure, able to handle multiple priorities.
Key Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across tasks.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, comfortable working with various teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic business systems.
- Ability to follow processes and work methodically to support team operations.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the team, including (but not limited to) handling reports, emails, and document management.
- Manage and organise various items and resources.
- Keep trackers and schedules updated to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with various tasks, research, and preparation.
- Input and manage data, including updates and performance tracking.
- Support with basic communication and follow-ups with external parties.

Hybrid Working
While you’re finding your feet at Flair, you will spend most of your days in the office where we work the core hours of 09:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday with flexible start/finish times according to your schedule and location needs.
