Product Adoption Lead

Luton | Full-time | Hybrid

20%25 bonus • 7%25 pension • Staff travel benefits

We operate a hybrid working policy of 2 days a week spent with colleagues. The role also requires occasional travel across the easyJet network, depending on business needs.

You turn complex colleague needs and product data into practical change that people choose to use.

You’re curious about how work really happens, confident across technical and operational teams, and focused on making new technology stick. This role puts you at the centre of improving the day-to-day experience of cabin crew and pilots.

The opportunity

easyJet is digitalising the colleague experience through products that make work simpler, smarter and more connected. As Product Adoption Lead, you’ll join the cross-functional Connected & Optimised Flight Operations mission, deploying technology across our cabin crew and pilot communities.

You’ll shape adoption from discovery through to scaled use, combining colleague insight, change expertise and measurable outcomes so teams introduce the right products at the right time and embed lasting ways of working.

“The strongest adoption leads are curious about how people really work, confident with evidence and able to tell a clear story about what needs to change. This role is about bringing those strengths together so our products deliver lasting value for cabin crew, pilots and the wider operation.”

Business Change Team, easyJet

The team & culture

You’ll be part of the Business Change Management practice and a core member of the mission leadership team, working closely with Product Managers, Delivery Leads, Engineers, Designers and operational leaders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The environment is collaborative and fast-moving. You’ll bring the colleague voice into product decisions, navigate evolving priorities and make adoption a shared responsibility, not a final step.

What you’ll be doing

  • Define and deliver end-to-end adoption strategies across multiple data and technology products, sequencing activity with the product lifecycle and keeping it aligned to clear business outcomes.
  • Lead colleague research using qualitative and quantitative methods, bringing together feedback, analytics and operational data to identify needs, behaviours and barriers. Turn those insights into recommendations that shape product roadmaps and leadership decisions.
  • Create practical change plans, impact assessments, engagement activity and adoption measures, then use the results to show value, demonstrate adoption and continuously improve what happens next.
  • Equip leaders and line managers to lead change locally, build capability through coaching and support product teams in making adoption part of planning, prioritisation and delivery.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong change and adoption expertise, with experience designing strategies that deliver measurable behaviour change and business outcomes in a complex operational or digital environment.
  • Understanding of digital product delivery and agile ways of working. Connect product maturity with the right change activity, translate features into colleague benefits and adapt as priorities evolve.
  • Build trusted relationships across business and technical audiences, facilitate productive workshops and influence senior stakeholders with clear, evidence-based recommendations.
  • Combine empathy and curiosity with clear storytelling, using qualitative and quantitative insight, adoption measures and engaging materials to make complex change easy to understand.
