We’re hiring a Product Analyst – AI Enablement

To help a banking organisation identify, shape and adopt practical AI solutions across its operations.

This is a business-facing role focused on understanding operational challenges, translating them into clear AI use cases and supporting safe delivery, governance and measurable improvements.

You’ll work closely with Operations, Technology and Risk teams, helping colleagues use AI effectively to improve processes and customer and employee experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Run discovery workshops to identify business pain points and AI opportunities
  • Translate business needs into structured use cases and clear requirements
  • Assess process suitability, data readiness, risks and potential benefits
  • Define controls covering human review, monitoring, audit trails and rollback
  • Prepare governance documentation and maintain the AI use case register
  • Work with technical partners to support delivery and operational handover
  • Support AI adoption through practical guidance and demonstrations
  • Track benefits, user feedback and adoption to drive continuous improvement

Key skills:

  • Business analysis, product analysis or process improvement experience
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
  • Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
  • Practical understanding of AI tools, capabilities and limitations
  • Understanding of change governance, risk and controls
  • Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues
  • Data literacy and experience defining measurable business benefits
  • Confidence working with ambiguity and multiple priorities

Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, agentic AI or low-code tools would be advantageous. Relevant personal AI projects or experimentation will also be considered alongside a strong analytical background. Coding experience is not required.

Experience within banking, financial services or another regulated environment would be highly advantageous.

Working pattern: Hybrid – typically two office days per week.
