Job Overview

About The Role

We're looking for a data-driven Product Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team in Stockport office on a hybrid working basis. You'll play a key role in helping us better understand our customers, measure product performance and uncover insights that drive smarter business decisions and better customer experiences.

Working closely with Product, Data, Marketing, and Trading teams, you'll use data, customer research, and experimentation to identify opportunities for improvement across our digital products and customer journeys. From monitoring performance and analysing customer behaviour, to evaluating the impact of new features and tests, you'll help ensure our product decisions are backed by evidence and focused on delivering real value.

If you love digging into data, solving problems, and turning insights into action, this could be the perfect role for you.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing

You'll use data, customer behaviour insights, and experimentation to help us make better product decisions and deliver great customer experiences. Taking ownership of product performance monitoring, uncover opportunities for improvement, and turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. The main responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring product performance and key KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas of concern.
  • Analysing the impact of new features, product releases, and A/B tests, providing data-led recommendations to support decision making.
  • Investigating customer behaviour across our websites and digital journeys to understand patterns and where we can improve their experience.
  • Combining behavioural data, customer feedback, and business objectives to generate and validate hypotheses for future product improvements.
  • Building dashboards, reports, and automated insights that help teams make faster, better-informed decisions.
  • Ensuring products and features are effectively tracked, measured, and reported on, maintaining confidence in the data used across the business.
  • Working closely with Product, Marketing, Trading, and Data teams to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Sharing insights, learnings, and recommendations with stakeholders to drive a culture of continuous improvement and data-led decision making.
  • Supporting a test-and-learn approach by helping teams measure success, understand outcomes, and optimise product performance over time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
