Reports to: Senior Technical Support Lead

Location: Regal Way, Watford
Employment type: Full-time, permanent

Company Description

RVM Systems UK is a leading provider of reverse vending and automated recycling solutions, supporting retailers and governments to deliver large-scale Deposit Return Schemes (DRS). Part of the privately owned RVM Systems Group headquartered in Sweden, we operate globally across more than 40 markets and are trusted partners to many of the world’s largest retailers.

Our technology enables millions of consumers to recycle beverage containers every day, contributing to a circular economy and measurable environmental impact. In 2024 alone, RVM Systems technology supported the collection of over 13 billion containers worldwide. With the UK DRS approaching and continued business growth, we are now expanding our UK service capability.

Role Description

We are recruiting a Product & Application Support staff to support our UK reverse vending machine fleet. You will investigate faults, help customers and field engineers restore service, and maintain clear records of the checks and work completed. You will report to the Technical Support Manager and work with UK engineering and Group technical colleagues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
