The Company
Founded in our Soho London boutique in 1999, Pixi is a global beauty brand known for fuss-free, glow-giving skincare and multi-tasking makeup. Created by Petra Strand, a passionate product formulator and busy mom of four, Pixi’s mission has always been the same: to make everyone look like themselves, only better.
Now, as we continue to scale globally, we’re growing our product development backbone. If you're someone who believes in best-in-class product development — this is your moment.
The Role
We are seeking a Product & Design Coordinator to support product development, design, and production across the Pixi brand. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and an interest in beauty product creation. This role will help drive day-to-day coordination and support cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day tasks across PD & Design and support cross-functional alignment with internal teams.
- Create, manage, and track timelines and launch calendars for product development and special projects, monitoring critical path milestones and risks to ensure on-time delivery.
- Organize, log, and maintain samples within the production room and manage PD/Design sampling stock and product libraries.
- Coordinate sample requests to support launch readiness, content development, and cross-team needs.
- Support packaging artwork reviews and mock-ups, proofreading for compliance with brand standards and internal parameters.
- Support basic design asset needs under guidance from the Art Director.
- Manage vendor production schedules and internal tracking, ensuring alignment from development through manufacturing.
- Manage batch and pre-production approvals, upholding quality and brand standards.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation including bills of materials, specification sheets, item masters, trackers, recaps, and scorecards.

- Other duties as assigned based on business needs.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
