Growth Analytics Lead London (5 Days in Office) | Up to £180,000 + Equity
A high-growth tech business is hiring a Growth Analytics Lead to shape company-wide strategy across product, commercial, and customer performance. You'll use data to drive adoption, activation, retention, and revenue outcomes.

The Role
- Drive product adoption, activation, and retention through data insights
- Analyse customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
- Develop pricing, monetisation, and revenue insights
- Design and measure experiments
- Partner with product/engineering on measurement frameworks
- Present recommendations to senior stakeholders
Your Skills & Experience
- Growth/Product/Commercial Analytics or Data Science background
- Advanced SQL + BI tools
- Strong experimentation and measurement knowledge
- Customer behaviour and growth metrics experience
- Ability to turn analysis into clear business actions
- Excellent stakeholder communication
