Role Purpose:

The Product and GTM Manager serves as the critical bridge between Global HQ and the European market. You are responsible for localizing product marketing strategy, orchestrating the end-to-end device launch process, and driving commercial success through expert storytelling and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Localization: Partner with HQ product departments to adapt the European product marketing strategy, ensuring global brand goals and product propositions are translated into effective, market-specific tactics.
  • Channel Storytelling: Craft compelling, high-impact product narratives designed to secure ranging and prominent placement across key European retail and carrier channels.
  • GTM Project Management: Serve as the regional project owner for device launches, coordinating cross-functional efforts and maintaining seamless communication with HQ GTM teams.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key tech media, industry analysts, and product stakeholders in tier one channel partners, building and maintaining relationships that influence market perception.
  • Commercial Lifecycle Ownership: Own the product performance from launch to end-of-life, including stock availability, demand generation activities, promotional planning, and commercial optimization.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, provide feedback on competitor products, and adjust product strategy to reach required growth in a dynamic, fast-paced industry.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Proven track record (mandatory) in consumer electronics within the European market.
  • Technical Proficiency: A deep passion for technology with the ability to translate complex product specs into consumer-facing benefits.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and influence/align support resources at the HQ level.
  • Communication: Exceptional storytelling and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is a must; multi-lingual proficiency is highly preferred and considered a distinct advantage.
