Overview
The Design Museum is the world's leading museum devoted to contemporary design in every form, from architecture and fashion to graphics, product design and digital innovation.
As the museum continues its ambitious digital transformation programme, we are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused Product and Programme Manager to support and enhance our business systems and deliver key digital projects across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how technology supports the museum's mission as a global hub for the transformative potential of design.
About The Role
Reporting to the Head of IT & AV, you will support and improve the museum's information systems while leading the delivery of projects within the digital transformation roadmap.
Working across departments, you will combine systems administration, stakeholder engagement and project delivery to improve business processes, maximise system benefits and enhance digital services across the museum.

- Administering and improving integrated business systems, including CRM, ticketing and retail platforms.
- Providing support, configuration and continuous improvement across information systems and business processes.
- Leading and delivering digital transformation projects, ensuring effective stakeholder management and implementation.
- Supporting data quality, governance, security and compliance across key platforms.
- Working with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance integrations, automation and digital services.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Project management experience or a qualification such as PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent.
- Proven delivery of multiple SaaS ERP implementations, ideally including Microsoft, cloud-based and trading systems.
- Strong business analysis skills across systems such as websites, EPoS, CRM, ecommerce and data management platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information to non-specialist audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritisation and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Terms and Conditions
- Salary: up to £45,123 per annum
- Holidays: 25 days + Christmas Eve (museum closed)
- Hours: 35 hours per week / Monday to Friday
- Location: the Design Museum Kensington is the place of work - with a hybrid arrangement of 60% of an employee’s role to be performed at the museum and 40% remote.
- Closing date: Sunday 25 October, midnight
- Interviews: 1st Round - 5 & 6 November and 2nd Round - 11 November
