What you’ll be doing:

  • Comply with all company policies, procedures and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain and protect company equipment and materials.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support regional and business needs.
  • Undertake such other duties assigned by the company which are reasonable in relation to the position and skills of Product & Application Trainer.

About you:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, organisational skills and the ability to exercise effective judgment and sensitivity to changing needs.
  • A proactive communicator who is willing to take responsibility of challenging situations and work with team colleagues to find solutions.
  • Prior clinical support experience beneficial with direct experience in customer interactions and presentations.
  • Must be able to deal calmly with challenging situations have a polite, respectful and courteous manner regardless of the situation, good English in verbal and written communication with the ability to balance conflicting demands.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile at busy times and be able to work alone whilst part of a team.
  • Confident presenter for effective delivery of training information to small and large groups.
  • Must have good language and writing skills to enable the accurate completion of training document and reports.
  • Ability to follow strict processes in a compliant manner to uphold the integrity of official user training.

Location: Field based

Hours: 40 per week (Monday to Friday)
