Location: Leicester City Centre, Hybrid
Salary: TBC Depending on Experience
Hours: 09:00am – 17:00pm (Mon-Thurs) & 09:00am – 16:30pm (Fri) Flexi-time available

Reporting to the Product Director, you will play a key role in the development and delivery of our products, helping to source, cost, document, and maintain products and services with accuracy and attention to detail. Your contribution will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the department and the continued delivery of outstanding experiences for our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of our product operation, gaining valuable exposure to supplier management, commercial decision-making, and event product development.
Key Responsibilities
As Product Assistant, you will:
- Support the sourcing and purchasing of event elements including hospitality upgrades, travel components, hotels, dining experiences, concierge services, and bespoke add-ons.
- Research suppliers, obtain quotations, and compile product and pricing information.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm bookings, secure documentation, and manage product availability.
- Accurately enter product costs, stock levels, invoices, and package information into the Imperial database.
- Assist with cost control, margin management, and profitability checks.
- Support the handling of bespoke client requests and concierge-style services.
- Work collaboratively with Event Operations and Finance Accounts Payable to ensure all product information and costs are accurate and up to date.
- Provide administrative and project support to the Product Director and assist with holiday cover when required.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with data and costs.
- Confidence communicating with suppliers and supporting purchasing activities.
- The ability to follow established processes and maintain strong administrative controls.
- Good commercial awareness and the ability to support costings, margin checks, and product viability assessments.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to identify improvements and solve problems.
