Product Assurance Co-ordinator
Here at Sealey, we are seeking to recruit a Product Assurance Co-ordinator to join our team based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.
The Company
Would you like to work for one of the UK’s leading hand, power tool, and equipment distributors? Established since 1978, Sealey are the preferred choice for the trade within the automotive, agricultural, motorcycle, industrial and engineering market sectors.
Responsibilities
- Check and approve pre-shipment documentation to ensure goods are dispatched in line with company requirements.
- Manage Pre-Shipment BI Reporting, tracking total performance of all suppliers.
- Support the resolution of product concerns identified by our Inbound QC Team and help implement corrective actions to prevent repeat issues.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate findings, actions and updates clearly with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and publish Product Details Forms for the supplier database.
- Working collaboratively across departments and with external suppliers.
