Product Manager - CeraVe - L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty

A Day in the Life

  • Activating the brand end to end: Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans across owned, paid, and earned channels—from briefing and planning through asset development, launch, and evaluation.
  • Developing big, creative campaigns: Generate distinctive campaign ideas that build brand affinity and capture consumer attention. Shape them for social and other relevant channels, ensuring a consistent story across the consumer journey.
  • Leading social-first activity: Turn consumer and cultural insights into relevant social ideas. Ensure content is designed for each platform and encourages engagement and action.
  • Creating and managing assets: Brief and develop campaign assets with creative and production partners, ensuring they are on-brand, platform-ready, and delivered to schedule.
  • Planning media: Work with media agencies to develop and execute plans across relevant channels, aligning investment, audiences, and activity with campaign objectives. Monitor performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Owning key products: Manage the marketing of a portfolio of priority products, tracking sales and performance, identifying opportunities, and supporting product launches and lifecycle activity.
  • Analysing sales and competitors: Use sales, market, and category data to understand product performance, monitor competitor activity, and identify trends or opportunities. Translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Building advocacy and earned impact: Partner with the CeraVe Love Advocacy team and influencer agency on creator and influencer activity, including paid campaigns. Connect advocacy and earned content with the wider campaign ecosystem.
  • Understanding consumers: Work with research and creative partners to bring consumer insight into briefs, content, and campaign choices.
  • Measuring performance: Track campaign results across channels, share learnings, and use them to improve future activity.
  • Working across teams: Build strong relationships with DMI, Zone, and local teams, as well as agencies and other partners, to align plans and deliver work effectively.
  • Managing investment: Contribute to A&P planning and budget management, keeping activity aligned with brand priorities and agreed targets.

Who You Are

  • Social-first and content-obsessed: You understand how people engage with content and what makes ideas work across social platforms.
  • A creative campaign thinker: You can develop and shape big, distinctive campaign ideas, then help turn them into effective work across channels.
  • An integrated marketer: You connect owned, paid, and earned activity into coherent campaigns and are comfortable taking work from brief to delivery.
  • Experienced in media and activation: You have experience working with media agencies, developing or executing plans, and monitoring performance.
  • Confident in asset development: You can write clear briefs, collaborate with creative partners, and help deliver high-quality assets on time.
  • Commercial and product-minded: You’re comfortable owning key products, understanding sales performance, and using competitor and category insights to identify opportunities.
  • Knowledgeable about advocacy and influencers: You understand creator and influencer marketing, including paid activity, and how it can work with broader campaigns.
  • Analytical and commercially aware: You can use data to assess product and campaign performance and identify ways to improve.
  • Collaborative and persuasive: You build relationships with stakeholders and partners, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving.
  • A strong prioritiser: You can manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree-educated, with relevant experience: You have a bachelor’s degree and experience in brand activation, integrated marketing, social, media, or a related role.
