We are recruiting an ambitious Product & Brand Manager to join a growing branded FMCG business in Leeds.
Sitting at the intersection of product management, brand development, and commercial delivery, this is a varied role offering genuine ownership of product portfolios, innovation projects, and new product launches across UK and international markets.
Working closely with Product Development, R&D, Operations, Sales, and Marketing, you will identify growth opportunities, manage existing ranges, and help bring commercially successful new products to market.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing assigned product categories and portfolios
- Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Leading NPD and EPD projects through the stage-gate process
- Developing concepts using consumer, retailer, and market insight
- Managing project timelines, critical paths, and launch plans
- Supporting brand strategies and category plans
- Producing business cases, customer presentations, and sell-in materials
- Coordinating stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Ensuring launches are delivered on time and within budget
What we’re looking for:
- 3–6+ years’ experience in Product, Brand, or Category Management
- A strong track record of managing product launches
- Experience within FMCG or another fast-moving product environment
- Excellent commercial, analytical, and project-management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- International market experience would be beneficial
