AI-Focused Tech Scale-Up | Product Builder | London | £50,000 – £60,000 + bonus & benefits

About the Company

Our partner, an innovative London-based technology company, is undergoing a pivotal transformation, shifting from a consulting-led model to become a cutting-edge product-led organisation with AI integration at its core. Following a strategic restructuring, they are now experiencing impressive early results across product Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), engineering refactoring, and quality assurance, driven by a commitment to upskilling their existing team and enhancing delivery efficiencies. They are focused on leveraging disruptive AI technologies to create groundbreaking solutions and are now seeking a talented Product Builder to join their MGA Connect product team in London.

About the Role

This is a hybrid product and engineering role, perfect for an analytical problem-solver eager to bridge the gap between innovative ideas and functional prototypes using advanced AI tooling. You will be instrumental in expanding product capabilities and scaling MGA Connect by transforming feature requests into tangible Proof-of-Concepts. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong foundational background in engineering, maths, or physics who has deliberately pivoted into the world of AI tools, thriving in a fast-paced environment where they can drive significant impact on product development from inception to engineering hand-off.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
