Join our Neuron Technology team and help shape the next generation of digital products that support risk insight, analytics, and decision-making across Risk & Broking.

As a Product Business Analyst, you will work at the intersection of business, product, user experience, and technology. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, designers, engineers, and analytics specialists to understand problems, uncover opportunities, and define solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, facilitating collaboration, and influencing the development of innovative digital products in a highly collaborative Agile environment.

The role is based in Ipswich, with travel to London and other locations as required to support stakeholder engagement, team collaboration, and delivery activities.

The Role

As a Product Business Analyst, you will:

  • Partner with business stakeholders, product leaders, UX designers, engineers, and analytics specialists to understand business challenges, identify opportunities, and define valuable outcomes.
  • Facilitate discovery activities, workshops, interviews, journey mapping, and collaborative working sessions to uncover user needs and business problems.
  • Translate strategic objectives, user needs, and business requirements into clear product initiatives, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery outcomes.
  • Support product backlog creation, refinement, prioritisation, and release planning activities, ensuring work is aligned to customer and business value.
  • Collaborate closely with UX colleagues to understand user journeys, validate concepts, and shape intuitive and effective user experiences.
  • Create and maintain analysis artefacts including process flows, journey maps, wireframes, data models, business rules, and other supporting documentation where required.
  • Work with engineering, testing, and service teams throughout delivery, helping clarify requirements and resolve ambiguity as solutions evolve.
  • Analyse business processes, customer workflows, and product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Use stakeholder feedback, operational insight, and product data to support informed prioritisation and decision-making.
  • Contribute to estimation, planning, dependency management, risk identification, and delivery governance activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
