About the Role
Are you an experienced Product Owner, Business Analyst, or technology professional looking for your next challenge? Do you enjoy working closely with stakeholders, translating business needs into innovative digital solutions, and helping deliver products that create real business impact?
We are seeking a Product / Business Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering products that drive innovation across the insurance industry. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams, you will help shape and deliver solutions that transform the way Lockton conducts business.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, Agile environment where your ideas, analytical skills, and product mindset will directly contribute to the success of our digital products and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and document outcomes effectively.
- Analyse, map, and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
- Gather, validate, and prioritise business and user requirements.
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business users, and technical teams.
- Support the creation, refinement, and prioritisation of the product backlog.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered successfully.
- Capture and communicate user and client feedback to inform product improvements.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of product roadmaps and delivery plans.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Software Engineering role.
- Proven experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and Agile ceremonies.
- Hands-on experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience within the insurance or financial services sector would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Ability to balance business priorities with technical considerations to support successful product delivery.
