You will be instrumental in identifying and cultivating strategic alliances, directly influencing product roadmaps, and delivering solutions that resonate with a global user base. Your contributions will directly accelerate innovation and unlock new growth opportunities for products used by millions.
What You’ll Do
- Execute comprehensive partnership strategies to address critical product opportunities and challenges across key applications like Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Messenger, including cutting-edge research initiatives.
- Lead negotiations for both long-term strategic partnerships and innovative test-and-learn initiatives, guiding their successful implementation from inception to launch.
- Facilitate the alignment of partnership solutions across diverse cross-functional teams, meticulously considering downstream dependencies and future implications for product development.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, identify emerging trends, and synthesize insights into actionable plans and strategic recommendations.
- Track and report on measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for deals, collaborating closely with product, partnerships, and finance teams.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional working groups to drive timely decisions related to product partnerships, proactively escalating issues for senior input when necessary.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong experience in technology, business development, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in technology, entertainment, and product integrations.
- Profound knowledge of social media, digital business models, and internet/consumer technology landscapes.
- Proven experience in solving complex problems under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional skill in communication, negotiation, and consensus-building among diverse stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in building and presenting compelling pitch and briefing materials.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA).

- Experience thriving within matrixed organizations in a multi-disciplinary capacity.
- An entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful mindset, coupled with a proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience successfully navigating and contributing within a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
