Product Business Development Manager
We are seeking a Product Business Development Manager to support the Family of Apps (FoA) Business Development team at Meta on a defined set of strategic partner initiatives.
This role will contribute to the execution of business development strategy for Meta's Family of Apps, supporting partnership solutions that address product problems and opportunities. This person will help manage large-scale partnerships, aligning solutions across product, partnerships, marketing, legal, finance, and engineering, and will support negotiation and implementation of strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate brings solid experience in product partnerships, business development, and cross-functional collaboration in technology. They apply deep subject matter expertise to problems that require conceptual thinking and an in-depth understanding of organizational objectives, and they have the judgment to define the right approach in situations where the path is not yet clear.

Responsibilities
- Execute partnership strategy to address product problems/opportunity in collaboration with one or more of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Superintelligence Labs, WhatsApp, and Messenger.
- Negotiate long-term and/or test & learn partnerships with strategic partners and guide their implementation.
- Support alignment of partnership solutions across multiple teams, accounting for downstream dependencies and future implications for the product roadmap.
- Analyze markets, targets, trends, and synthesize recommendations into actionable plans & strategy.
- Track and report on measurable KPIs for deals in partnership with product, partnerships, and finance.
- Coordinate cross-functional working groups to drive decisions related to product partnerships, escalating where senior input is needed.

Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in tech, business development, or a related field.
- Subject matter expertise in technology, entertainment, and product integrations.
- Knowledge of social media, digital business models, and internet/consumer technology.
- Experience solving complex problems under tight timelines.
- Skill in communication & consensus-building.
- Experience building & presenting pitch & briefing materials.
- BS or BA
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in matrixed organizations in a multi-disciplinary capacity.
- Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with the experience learning quickly about new technologies.
- Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment.
- MBA or JD.
