Product Campaign Specialist (Contractor)

9 to 12 month contract

About the role

This is a newly created role as a Product Campaign Specialist to support our Product Marketing Manager across three critical, concurrently running product initiatives: a new employee experience verification product, expansion into the mid-market segment, and a digital, shareable version of our Certification Seal.

The role will report into the Product Marketing Manager and is responsible for campaign coordination and supporting execution across launches. The Product Marketing Manager reports into the CMO and this role is part of a 24-person international marketing team.

These three initiatives are central to Top Employers Institute's next phase of growth: together, they represent our core strategy for deepening retention with existing clients and expanding into new revenue streams over the next several years. This is not a peripheral marketing support role – it's a chance to directly shape the commercial success of the products that will drive our growth trajectory.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll need to get up to speed quickly on new products and support our Product Marketing Manager in translating that understanding into structured, well-run go-to-market campaigns. This role suits someone who is organised, proactive and energised by managing multiple product launches at once.

Key responsibilities

  • Project manage go-to-market campaigns across our new product launches, working from positioning and messaging in close partnership with the Product Marketing Manager.
  • Own campaign timelines, keeping launches on track and flagging dependencies across different product workstreams.
  • Take core messaging and positioning and turn it into supporting launch assets e.g. one-pagers, FAQs, sales decks, social and web content – for review and sign-off.
  • Coordinate with Design, Product, Research, and Regional Marketing teams to produce supporting launch collateral.
  • Manage day-to-day execution: content scheduling, asset requests, stakeholder follow-up and launch logistics.
  • Track campaign performance, flagging what’s working and what needs adjusting.
  • Support the Product Marketing Manager with market and competitive research as needed.

Key success competencies

  • Companywide competencies: collaboration, customer focus, global perspective.
  • Role-specific competencies: fast learner, highly organised, strong project management instincts, confident managing multiple stakeholders and concurrent priorities, ability to quickly absorb new or technical product information and turn it into clear go-to-market activity.

Qualification criteria

  • Experience in B2B marketing campaign management, ideally 3–5 years, within SaaS, HR tech or professional services.
  • Demonstrable track record of launching products successfully with measurable commercial impact - not just on-time delivery, but evidence of driving adoption, revenue, or market traction post-launch.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills; proven ability to run multiple concurrent campaigns without dropping detail.
  • Product marketing experience is essential.
  • Confident stakeholder management across product, research, design and regional marketing functions.
  • Excellent English written communication skills and brilliant attention to detail.
  • Proactive and autonomous, comfortable in a fast-moving Marketing function with opportunities for ownership.
