We’re looking for a Product Channel Manager to join our eCommerce Developments team!

Based from NEXT Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire 4 days per week (with 1 day working from home).

The Role:

As the Product Channel Manager, you will own the Login, Registration & Delivery channel and will lead the strategy and execution of our authentication and delivery onboarding experience across a multi-client global platform. Your main objective is to drive customer success and conversion at the start of the purchase journey by streamlining account creation, sign in and delivery fulfilment selection.

As this is a leadership role, you will manage a team of 3 product professionals, ensuring our global onboarding journey and supporting tech infrastructure are localised, intuitive and optimised for high conversion.

What You’ll Take On:

Product Strategy & Conversion

  • Drive conversion across login, guest checkout and delivery selection by removing friction and resolving drop offs.
  • Enhance delivery option presentation, slot availability and page load speeds to boost checkout success.
  • Lead A/B testing on registration layouts, guest flows and delivery UI to continuously improve conversion rates.

Data & Customer Insights

  • Utilise funnel data and error categorisation to pinpoint user struggle points and prioritise high impact backlog items.
  • Lead an experimentation roadmap testing new registration layouts, guest checkout steps, and delivery selection UI options.

People Management & Leadership

  • Direct, coach and manage a team of 3 Product professionals, driving performance reviews and career progression.
  • Upskill the team in user centric discovery, rapid prototyping and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) best practices.
  • Foster a high performance, customer focused culture centered on continuous journey improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
