Blockchain Communications Lead
Blockchain is connecting the world to the future of finance. As the most trusted and fastest-growing global crypto company, it helps millions of people worldwide safely access cryptocurrency. Since its inception in 2011, Blockchain has earned the trust of over 90 million wallet holders and more than 40 million verified users, facilitating over $1 trillion in crypto transactions.
We are looking for an experienced Communications Lead to help shape the next chapter of Blockchain.com’s product innovation, regulatory strength, and technology story.
As Product Comms Lead, you will manage communications and content around our product announcement pipeline, innovation narrative, licensing wins, and technology thought leadership across Blockchain.com’s consumer and institutional portfolio. You will be responsible for making Blockchain.com highly visible, relevant, and recognized as a leading force in the industry among press and other key stakeholders who engage with our content.
This person will be responsible for making Blockchain.com highly visible, relevant and known as leading the industry with press and other stakeholders who ingest our content. You will lead the tech-forward earned (PR) and owned media strategy and execution across major launches, evergreen blog and thought leadership content, and select regulatory/policy news cycles.
The ideal candidate is equal parts crypto-native storyteller and comms tactician. You aren't just a media hound; you are a strategic comms pro who knows how to position cutting-edge tech, products and regulatory progress so that they accrue to the overall narrative we’re building for Blockchain.com. You understand what makes press tick and can get them to write, but you’re also able to weave a technology story through other channels, from written blog content to executive social to awards submissions.
The right candidate combines a deep literacy of the crypto industry and its influencers (traditional press and emergent) with a proven ability to turn complex financial concepts, products, AI advances and regulatory milestones into compelling storylines, press coverage and content that drives attention, trust and adoption.
What You Will Do
- Narrative & Strategy: Build and execute a differentiated product and technology comms strategy and narrative for Blockchain.com, sitting at the intersection of consumer and institutional products, AI, and regulatory/compliance.
- Product Launch Comms: Own end-to-end comms for a consistently full pipeline of product launches. Work with Marketing and Product on comms plans to ensure Marketing’s product campaigns support and are supported by Comms-led work.
- Regulatory Comms: Lead announcements of licensing, regulatory, and compliance milestones. Input into how Blockchain.com contributes to the wider regulatory and policy conversation.
- AI Positioning: Define and champion Blockchain.com’s position on AI and storytell around how AI improves what we build internally and in customer-facing products.
- Tech Media & Influencer Relations: Own key press and influencer relationships and proactive and reactive opportunities across product and technical topics. Widen the set of emerging influencers we reach with innovation news.
- Thought Leadership: Build high-impact platforms for product, technical, and AI spokespeople, including proactive media opportunities, speaking engagements, product-focused award submissions, and executive social presence.
- Content Creation: Write compelling product-focused content, including blog posts, press releases, and executive (and occasionally corporate) social posts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
