Product Communications Executive
12 month fixed-term contract

What you'll be doing:
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about creating clear, engaging and customer-focused communications. You'll produce a range of content, including customer letters, emails, online content and operational guides, ensuring complex information is communicated in a simple and accessible way.
- Working closely with Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal and Technical teams, you'll help deliver consistent customer journeys while ensuring all communications meet regulatory requirements.
- A key focus will be supporting the Inheritance Tax (IHT) project, ensuring all customer-facing and operational materials are updated and implemented ahead of regulatory deadlines.
- You'll also manage the approval process for communications through our document management system, maintaining strong governance and a clear audit trail.
- Take a truly customer-centric approach, focusing delivery on their needs.
- Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand copy for varied audiences.
- Continuous Improvement and innovative mindset, challenging the status quo.
- Ensure operations staff have accurate and up-to-date content to use when replying to customers across various contact channels.
- Positive attitude and customer focus with excellent time management skills.
- Initiates and supports change based on their own observations and input from others.
- Tenacious and ensures delivery of goals, objectives, and plans.
- Write and maintain content in line with an established house/brand style.

What we’re looking for:
- Has a recognised financial services qualification relating to DC pensions and good technical knowledge about auto-enrolment pensions, or will commit to working towards attaining these.
- Is skilled at turning technical content into engaging, easy to understand copy for a range of audiences.
- Highly collaborative working style.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and technical mind-set.
- Ability to work with and across other business units.
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively engaging with teams via different channels including face to face.
