Talent Guardian is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business looking for an experienced Product Compliance Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of UK and European electrical product regulations who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and ensuring products meet the highest safety and compliance standards.

With an expanding product portfolio and increasingly complex regulatory requirements, our client is looking for someone who can bring their expertise into the business, strengthen existing compliance procedures and ensure they remain ahead of changing legislation.

What you'll be doing

  • Taking ownership of product compliance across the UK and European markets, ensuring all products meet relevant electrical and safety standards.
  • Managing compliance with CE, UKCA, RED, EMC, Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and other applicable regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate certification records, technical documentation and Declarations of Conformity.
  • Reviewing and approving product manuals, packaging and artwork to ensure all regulatory information, safety warnings and symbols are correct.
  • Coordinating, scheduling and reviewing product inspections for each manufacturing production run.

  • Monitoring upcoming regulatory changes and ensuring the business is prepared for future requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve existing compliance systems, processes and documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
