We are looking for Product Compliance Manager (Adult Sector)
To ensure that the Company’s adult-sector products and services are designed, implemented, documented and presented in a way that supports customer compliance with applicable UK and US legal and regulatory requirements. The role acts as the primary compliance subject-matter expert for this sector and connects regulatory obligations with product implementation and commercial activity.
What You'll Do
- Research and monitor UK, US federal and state laws, regulatory guidance, enforcement developments and industry standards applicable to adult-content and age-restricted services.
- Identify requirements relevant to identity verification, age assurance, age estimation, user authentication, prevention of access by minors, privacy, biometric data, record-keeping, auditability and online safety.
- Assess existing products, configurations, technical documentation, data flows, retention settings, user interfaces and evidence records against applicable requirements.
- Perform and maintain regulatory gap assessments, requirement matrices, risk assessments and market-readiness reviews for relevant jurisdictions and customer use cases.
- Translate legal and regulatory obligations into clear business, product and technical requirements for Product, Engineering teams.
- Support Growth and Sales teams by clearly identifying which requirements are fully supported, supported through specific configurations, require additional development, or are not currently supported.
- Review proposals, questionnaires, tender responses, sales materials and customer communications for regulatory accuracy and help prevent unsupported compliance claims.
- Support customer due diligence, audits, regulatory questionnaires, contractual reviews and discussions with external advisers, auditors, regulators or industry bodies.
- Prepare internal guidance, compliance reports, product documentation and training for relevant teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
