About the Role
This isn't your average compliance role. We are looking for an energetic, commercially savvy Product Compliance Manager to champion safety, quality, and regulatory excellence across our entire product lifecycle.
In this pivotal role, you will lead and evolve our core product compliance framework while coordinating our wider corporate compliance function. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with our leadership team and dynamic departments—from Product and Purchasing to Legal and the leadership team—you will bridge the gap between complex global regulations and our ambitious commercial growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Championing Product Compliance: Taking total ownership of our product compliance framework to ensure every item we bring to market meets rigorous UK and international safety standards.
- Leading Supply-Chain Compliance: Taking ownership of supplier governance across our UK and international supply base, including setting compliance standards, overseeing supplier audits, and managing supply-chain risks.
- Guiding Our Corporate Rhythm: Acting as the key player for our wider compliance function, keeping all regulatory workstreams perfectly aligned as our business expands.
- Partnering with Suppliers: Building fantastic relationships with our domestic and international supplier base, overseeing audits, reviewing technical documentation, and driving continuous improvement.
- Navigating Challenges: Taking a proactive, hands-on approach to investigations, product safety considerations, and corrective actions.
- Collaborating Across Teams: Partnering with key stakeholders to embed compliance seamlessly into the product lifecycle with practical, business-friendly solutions.
- Inspiring a Safety Culture: Delivering engaging training that empowers colleagues and promotes a proactive culture of quality and compliance.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
