About the Role
We are looking for a Product Compliance Specialist to support UKCA, product safety and related compliance projects in the UK.
You will coordinate with our UK office, China-based colleagues, clients, external laboratories, and relevant UK authorities. The role focuses on project coordination, technical documentation review, stakeholder communication, and delivery follow-up.
This opportunity would suit someone with strong English communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and an interest in developing their career in product compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day communication between the UK office, clients, internal teams, external laboratories, and relevant UK authorities.
- Support UKCA, product safety, and other related compliance projects.
- Review technical documentation, declarations of conformity, and test reports, identifying missing information or areas requiring clarification.
- Coordinate product testing, supplementary documentation, and follow-up actions with clients, laboratories, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate project records, track key milestones, and provide clear progress updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Support client enquiries relating to UK Authorised Representative and product compliance services.
- Monitor relevant developments in UK and EU product compliance requirements and share appropriate updates with internal teams.
- Provide general business coordination support to the UK office when required.

Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English, with the ability to handle business calls, meetings, emails, and formal written documentation independently.
- Legal authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation, test reports, or similar professional materials.
- A detail-oriented and organised approach to documentation, deadlines, and project follow-up.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams while managing multiple priorities.
- A responsible, professional, and service-oriented approach when communicating with clients and external organisations.
